Poor Walt is very sensitive. He was playing in the rain, minding his own business, happy as can be, when some (homeless? crazy?) guy on the other side of the fence started saying something to him in Spanish? and Walt thought the guy was yelling at him and he just burst into tears. I really have no idea what the guy was saying, I couldn’t understand him, but I do think he was a bit unstable…he started taking dollar bills out and throwing them on the ground. He didn’t seem angry but he scared Walt so I picked him up and took him home.
